Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, your members will be able to view Ron’s programs on their computer screen. This is similar to a live presentation at a conference or event, except that instead of being on a stage in front of his audience, Ron will present his program from a remote location that can be viewed on the member’s computer screen, tablet, or smartphone.

Make It a Virtual Seminar

In addition, by using an LCD projector or similar device, your members can have several of their staff members participate, making this a “virtual seminar” without the fees and travel expenses normally associated with a live program. It also allows participants to ask questions and get answers on the spot in a very informal interactive fashion.

We provide easy instructions for accessing the webinar in advance of the session. Handouts and any other materials will be provided prior to the program, making this a truly effective experience for your team.

Variety of Topics Available

1. Custom Content Webinar with Specific Viewing Date and Time

You can develop a customized live webinar with a specific date and time. We’ll provide copy for your promotional emails, handle the registration process with statistics on who is registering and attending, and send out email and text reminders to make sure your registrants attend the webinar.

We handle all of the details, and the webinar can be customized from one of our many topics with a Q & A segment at the end of the program. Also you can include time to promote any products, services, or events to the program attendees. We’ll also provide a replay link after the session so the attendees can review the program again or those who were unable to attend can view at a later date.

Cost for the 60-Minute Live Customized Webinar: $1,500

2. Special “Online Event” Content Webinar

You can offer your staff or members one of our special prerecorded webinars on a variety of topics, and attendees choose from several dates and times to register to meet the requirements of their individual schedules.

Although the main content is already recorded, these webinars can be promoted as a special “online event” where people actually register just as they would for a live customized webinar. This approach dramatically increases attendance since people have made a commitment to participate, have put it on their calendars, and will get friendly reminders as their scheduled time approaches.

Attendees can also submit questions and comments that we will answer by email after the scheduled presentations. We’ll provide copy for your promotional emails, handle the registration process with statistics on who is registering and attending, and send out reminders to make sure they attend the webinar.

Again, there’s really no work for you to do; we handle the webinar from beginning to end. In addition, we’ll provide a replay link after the session so the attendees can review the program again or those who were unable to attend can view at a later date.

3. Live Marketing Makeover Webinar for Your Group
